quick transfer responsive host payment issue slow refund

the airport transfer was quick at only 20 minutes. a personal host was available via whatsapp and responded fast. i stayed in a water villa and the beach villa and enjoyed both styles (the water villa provided direct access to the ocean).

the service didn't extend beyond the holiday. i paid in full when i booked, but they asked for a credit card for verification. i had to pay the full fare again and wait for a refund (this caused some confusion later).

The Reef Pool Villa offered amazing snorkeling right from our steps. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Karthik. He customized lunch and dinner options beyond the standard menu! It.

The gym had limited equipment, and some machines seemed a little dated.
